AI agents for logistics and freight.
The origin
Auriga didn't start as a product. It started as a need: at Envío x Envío we had to quote, maintain rates, book and track hundreds of shipments, and the team couldn't grow as fast as the operation. We put AI agents on that work. It worked. And we realised every shipper, importer, freight agency and large fleet operator has exactly the same pain.
The product
An ecosystem of four agents that work on top of your existing carrier network, by email and by phone, with no long implementations:
- Quoting agent — sends requests, processes replies and compares prices instantly.
- Rates agent — reads, digitizes and keeps every carrier's rates up to date.
- Booking agent — assigns and books the optimal carrier under your business rules, paperwork included.
- Tracking agent — follows every shipment in real time and flags incidents before anyone has to tell you.
Underneath, Auriga Intelligence: our own engine, doing the thinking for the whole system. Road, sea and air. FTL, LTL, reefer, FCL, LCL, AWB.
The positioning
A neutral orchestration layer over the TMS, the ERP and the inbox you already use. Not a closed network you have to move into: your network, with superpowers.
Where we are
Almost a year of development. Launched 1 September 2026.
What I'm learning
- Selling software to logistics is selling operational trust. The demo matters less than the first week in production.
- Building with AI at home first is the only way to know what over-promises.
